Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce offers Supervisory Skills Training

For over 20 years, the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce has partnered with D. L. Podeszwa & Associates to provide supervisory skills training for the local business community. This training is designed for companies who want to develop and retain their existing talent.

Supervisory Skills Series is a 13-month series of day-long courses that help leaders develop skills needed to help their organization keep up with the ever-changing business climate of today. Topics in class provide opportunities to learn and practice between each session, as participants focus on specific areas for improvement. Post series coaching support continues for two years for graduates at no extra cost.

Through several assessments and skill practices, this program creates positive behavioral modification, thereby enhancing leaders skills at all levels. Monthly topics include: maximizing team performance, project management, effective on-boarding, conflict, communications and collaboration, individual and team time management, and more. In addition, the curriculum has been updated based on workplace trends. The new and improved curriculum includes discussion on theories of Emotional Intelligence.

With over 600 local graduates of this program, many leaders have found this training to be enlightening and educational with graduates continuing to provide enhancements to the organizations they serve. The next Supervisory Skills Series begins on Thursday, April 20. For more information or to register, contact Theresa at 920-921-9500 or info@fdlac.com.
