Human Resources Association 

The Fond du Lac Area Human Resource Association is a division of the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce dedicated to quality programs, events and activities related to the human resources profession.


  • To promote and professionalize Human Resources administration and encourage good Human Resources practices.
  • To further the education of members in current Human Resources practices and philosophies.
  • To discuss problems of mutual interest to those engaged in the Human Resources field in the areas of business, industry, education and government.

What can the Fond du Lac Area Human Resources Association do for you?

We offer great learning opportunities to keep you on top of your game through our monthly lunch programs. In addition, we offer a spring seminar. These programs also serve as great networking opportunities along with the other fun events we plan throughout the year, such as, our annual golf outing and our Holiday Social.

We also offer volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas: diversity, workforce readiness, scholarship, programming and legislative.

Membership also gives you access to Human Resource professionals in the area to utilize as resources to help with any questions you may have regarding HR practices. The goal is to share best practices.

If you are an AC member who spends the majority of your time in a Human Resource capacity, we welcome you to complete an application for membership. Membership is $50 per year if you are a member of SHRM, $70 for non-SHRM members.
