Morning networking at its best! Coffee Connections allow business representatives to give a 30 second commercial about his or her business. Representatives are encouraged to bring brochures or other handouts while the host is invited to address the crowd with a more detailed commercial message. TNT is a functional fitness studio. Which means it focus on real world strength and exercises apply to real life movements. The TNT team trains the body to work as one unit rather than focusing on individual body parts. They incorporate momentum and work on controlling momentum with balance and coordination and they combine strength training with cardiovascular training for an efficient workout. TNT trainers are the most experienced and highly certified trainers available. As athletes, they have all competed at a very high level and have experience in semi-pro hockey, football and professional track and professional rowing.

TNT offers open gym hours, functional fitness classes, semi-private training and personal training. They work with elite athletes, people needing to lose 100+ pounds and elderly populations catering appropriate workouts for goals and current fitness levels.
