2011 Retirement and Departure Intentions Report

An extreme labor shortage throughout Fond du Lac County is looming.  If no action is taken, the area will be faced with over 19,000 unfilled jobs by 2026. This alarming statistic and many more have been compiled and explored in the 2011 Retirement and Departure Intentions Study.  However, more than just facts, the 2011 report identifies areas for improvement and provides numerous recommendations.  If followed, these recommendations will allow the Fond du Lac community to continue to thrive.

We are empowered by the nearly 900 members of our organization to promote the free enterprise system.
